Where all matters of Oceanian hattrick can be discussed from general banter to youth academies right up to National Team discussions.
The purpose of this federation is to increase activity/communication in the Oceanian community and improve our personal and national teams while having a bit of fun in the process.
Access restricted to Oceanian managers and NT coaches only. For security reasons, foreign managers who put their second team in Oceania are still not eligible to join unless they show dedication to Oceania by helping from outside the fed for a little while.
