The aim of this federation is to create financially efficient winning teams.

Our approach is based on the following methods:
– Financial planning using expense/income estimation and optimisation on all stages of team development.
– Wage optimisation by developing multi-skilled squads through long-term strategies, including planning of training shifts and effective transfer policies.
– Increase our management skills by researching the Game/Match engine and exchanging our knowledge.
